TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all the events information on this site, no responsibility will be accepted for alterations, errors or omissions which may occur.
The price includes accommodation and breakfast for registered guests. All extras such as additional meals, telephone calls, drinks from the bar, tickets etc. will incur further charges.
Check out time is 10.30 a.m. Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Guests are welcome to collect a parking permit and/or to leave their luggage at any time during the morning.
We are unable to accommodate children less than 18 years of age. Bookings will not be accepted if any member of the party is less than 18 years of age.
Bookings will not be accepted, or will be cancelled if any member of the party is attending a stag night/hen party or similar event.
We are unable to accept dogs or pets.
For reservations made with Derek or Ann by email or by telephone, a non-refundable deposit of £50 GBP per room is required to secure your booking. Full payment is required in advance for one night stays.
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. If you do not arrive, or cancel or curtail your holiday and the accommodation cannot be re-let you are still liable to pay for the booking in full. Only if we are able to re-let the accommodation, for the entire period of the cancelled booking, are you no longer liable for the balance. Therefore we do urge you to consider holiday cancellation insurance.
If your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Full payment (less any deposit paid) is due on arrival; payment may be made by cash in GBP, debit card or credit card.
Rates do not include any local or national taxes that may be levied by central or local government and may therefore be subject to change without notice if any such charges are imposed.
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. Please report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
We will hold your data safe and secure, contact details collected during the course of the booking will be stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.
We will never supply your contact details to a third party.
